  A couple of decades on from 2.0.2.0, re-written (and re-laid-out) with the emphasis on being able to start gaming as soon as possible, with e.g. a wealth of pre-generated "template" characters ready for players to personalise, etc: and individual, from-the-ground-up character creation detailed are on, as "advanced";
  i don't know how far the bones of the V3.0 system are (or are not) strictly backwardly compatible with the first & second editions of Cyberpunk RPG, as this isn't obviously stated on the cover, or in Mike Pondsmith's foreword, and i've not yet had time to compare them.
