Storyteller RPGs share a common system and a common setting, with further sourcebooks, the
World of Darkness.
The generally good to excellent magazine for White Wolf's RPGs was
White Wolf (unsuccessfully renamed Inphobia, it then failed): check with me for back issues as are still available.
There are several series of
vampire novels, including the Dark Age clan novels and more, associated with Dark Ages Vampire RPG &c, and the original Vampire RPG, providing much background atmosphere and information as well as being readable in their own right.
